It
has been said that Verceal has the voice, beauty, and class of that no
other can claim. Working world-wide with a variety of artists, as well
as with groups such as the show band Attraction and the world famous Platters,
Verceal is regarded as the best-kept secret in the music industry. Celebrity

Verceal started her career
in Chesapeake, Virginia as a member of the Dawson Singers, and has an extensive
background in Gospel music. In 1978, Verceal moved to Detroit, where she
hit the “Motown” scene, first as a backup singer for Wilson Williams, and
then as a member of the Top-40 showband ‘Attraction,’ traveling extensively
throughout the US and Canada. |
In
1996, she joined Monroe Powell’s Platters, taking the stage as their first
lady, and received fame and recognition not only in the United States,
but in Canada, Japan, The Phillipines, and Australia. She’s certainly blessed
with a beautiful voice and an extraordinary vocal range, and is described
as a true lady both on stage and offstage.
Over the years, she’s performed
with the likes of The Drifters, The Coasters, The Supremes, and Frankie
Vallie and The Four Seasons. Verceal, who performs at venues large and
small world-wide, resides in Port Charlotte, FL. |
